Corbion Global digital transformation (SAP S/4 Hana)
In 2017 Corbion started the CUBE program (Corbion United By ERP). The CUBE program was launched to support the Corbion strategy; Creating the conditions for future growth.
The implementation of a Global S4 Hana system was targeted to bring; Transparency (Real-time insight by Single source of Truth), Consistency (One Way-of-Working with integrated processes) and Connectivity (One Corbion Team working together).
More Transparency will increase in productivity and an improved connectivity will enable a faster and better execution of strategy. Increase agility to respond to dynamic environment and internal re-org needs. Risk Reduction, segregation of duties, audit possibilities, data mining and finance controls

This can be achieved through the CUBE program resulting in;
The program is a business led change effort, not an IT driven software project.
Standardization. Movement away from this principle will require an approved cost benefit analysis.
Adapt to industry standard processes and adapt our business, rather than try to adapt technology to fit our process.
Build consensus for change by involving key stakeholders across the business and ensuring senior management sponsorship of and accountability for key elements of the program.
